It follows a group of military supermen consisting of a human leader, a werewolf, a vampire, a Frankenstein’s monster, and a gorgon. James Gunn picked up “CREATURE COMMANDOS”. Gunn then greenlit the project himself when he became CEO of DC Studios. Series writer and creator James Gunn appears in the opening credits with a laptop and is writing the script.

Universe is a promising & welcome sight

This is the first installment & The introduction of the new D.C. The story takes care of the characters & the animation is top notch. Speaking of animation, the new “Tomorrow-Verse”; the animation looked very cheap & apartment, no life in animation style or stories. D.C.

However, Creature Commandos returns to form for quality animation

AU with great stories like: “Under the Red Hood”, “Justice League: Dark”; & "Superman: Doomsday" set the standard for quality comic book animation. I collected all the animated films of that time & I wasn’t interested in Tomorrow’s Poem lazy writing & lazy animation art. I’m already interested in the characters & the story interesting. The art style is fun & lively & well drawn.

James Gunn is just starting this universe & which makes his upcoming projects very much anticipated. The new Superman movie is definitely on my must see list. Back to the show, it’s only 2 episodes long but worth the wait & there’s a connection to the characters.. "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
